My NZ Nourish Bowl was featured in this month’s Austin Fit Magazine. If you haven’t tried this yet it’s a must. Super easy to make and it has it all- protein, healthy fats, tons of veggies and lots of colors. Plus the raw kraut adds an immune boosting punch.
-Start with a base like cauliflower rice and arugula
-Add protein of choice
-Throw in roasted or steamed veggies
-Dice up some avocado
-Add a few spoonfuls of fermented veggies
-Drizzle on some tahini, olive oil or pesto
