What makes your approach different from other nutritionists or dietitians?

Most nutrition programs hand you a generic meal plan or list of foods to “eat and avoid.” That’s not what we do.

Our approach is:
  • Lab-driven – we use advanced functional testing to uncover the root causes of your symptoms.
  • Personalized – every protocol is designed specifically for you, not a template.
  • Transformational – we focus on lasting change, not temporary fixes.

No fad diets. No cookie-cutter advice. Just science-based strategies tailored to your unique biology and lifestyle.

01

How do follow-up sessions work?

Follow-ups are where the transformation unfolds. Together we:
  • Track your progress
  • Troubleshoot challenges
  • Adjust your nutrition, supplements, and lifestyle plan
  • Teach you how to understand your body so you can feel confident long-term

We don’t believe in “one and done.” The minimum amount of time we work with clients is 3 months, because real change takes time — and we want it to last. The initial consultation helps us decide what program length and structure is best for your goals.

03

What kinds of lab tests do you offer?

We use a range of functional labs, depending on your needs:
  • Comprehensive blood chemistry
  • Gut microbiome and stool testing
  • Hormone and adrenal testing (DUTCH, saliva, urine)
  • Food sensitivity testing
  • Environmental toxin and heavy metal panels
  • Genetics from a nutritional view
  • Micronutrient Tests (serum and intracellular)

Our motto is simple: Test, don’t guess. Data takes out the guesswork and saves you time, money, and frustration.

04

Do you create meal plans?

Not in the cookie-cutter sense. We don’t hand out generic plans that you could find online. Instead, we create personalized nutrition protocols, recipe ideas, and food frameworks designed specifically for your body, your labs, and your lifestyle.

05

What kinds of health issues do you specialize in?

We work with both men and women on a wide range of health issues, including:
  • Digestion and gut health
  • Hormone balance
  • Metabolism and weight management
  • GLP-1 support (both natural production and support while on medication)
  • Energy, mood, and sleep
  • Inflammation, toxin load, and detoxification

06

Can you work alongside my doctor or therapist?

Absolutely. We don’t replace medical care — we complement it. Many of our clients work with us in collaboration with their doctors, therapists, or other providers. We’re happy to coordinate with your care team for a well-rounded approach.

07

What if I’ve tried everything and nothing has worked?

Many of our clients come to us feeling exactly this way. They’ve done diets, supplements, and even medications — and still don’t feel better. That’s why we focus on testing, not guessing, and identifying the root causes behind your symptoms. Once we know what’s truly going on in your body, we can create a plan that finally makes sense for you.

08

How soon will I start feeling better?

Everyone is different, but many clients notice improvements within the first few weeks — things like better energy, digestion, or sleep. Deeper healing (such as hormone balance or gut repair) often takes several months. We focus on sustainable progress so the changes you make stick long-term.

09

Do you prescribe GLP-1 medications?

We do not prescribe GLP-1 medications such as semaglutide or tirzepatide since these should always be provided by a licensed doctor. If you’re interested, we work with a physician n who does and will connect you.

Our focus is two-fold:
  1. Supporting clients who are already on GLP-1s and want to maximize results safely
  2. Helping clients who want to naturally enhance GLP-1 production through nutrition, lifestyle, gut health, and exercise

10

GLP-1 Support

How do you support people who are taking GLP-1 medications?

GLP-1s can be a powerful jumpstart, but without the right foundation, results rarely last. We help you:
  • Protect muscle with protein-focused nutrition
  • Build and maintain bone density through strength training
  • Ensure adequate nutrient intake despite reduced appetite
  • Support gut health for long-term metabolic balance

This is the perfect time to create lasting habits so your body can sustain the benefits naturally, even if you choose to come off medication later.

11

Can you help me naturally enhance GLP-1 production?

Yes. Your body produces GLP-1 on its own, but many lifestyle factors suppress it. We use strategies that include:
  • Targeted nutrition (protein, fiber, healthy fats, polyphenols)
  • Gut health support (a diverse microbiome boosts GLP-1 signaling)
  • Resistance and strength training
  • Circadian rhythm support (sleep, light exposure, meal timing)

This helps calm food noise, balance cravings, improve blood sugar, and support weight management — without relying on medication.

12

Will I have to take supplements?

Sometimes. We always start with food as the foundation, but targeted supplements can provide a short-term boost. We only recommend professional-grade products and aim to minimize long-term use.
