That awareness didn’t show up by accident.✨

What I’ve learned — personally and professionally — is that real change doesn’t come from pushing harder.

✨✨It comes from finally paying attention to what isn’t working and having the courage to stop repeating it.✨✨

So instead of resolutions, here’s what I invite you to do:
– Notice where you were forcing this year — with your body, your schedule, your relationships, your expectations of yourself.
– Notice what you kept tolerating because it felt easier than changing it.
– Notice what your body has been quietly asking for that you kept rationalizing away.

That information is everything.

Setting intentions for next year isn’t about becoming more disciplined or more “together.” It’s about deciding what you’re no longer willing to ignore — especially in yourself.

You don’t need more willpower.

What actually moves things forward is slowing down enough to listen, understanding what your body has been communicating, and giving yourself permission to respond differently this time.

Nothing about you is broken. And things can change when you stop pushing and start paying attention.
