Everyone’s Asking If ChatGPT Will Replace Me — Here’s My Take

People ask me all the time if I’m afraid ChatGPT will replace me as a nutritionist.

And my answer? Absolutely not. Don’t get me wrong — I use ChatGPT. It’s great for research, organizing thoughts, even building out a basic meal plan or cleaning up a document. I actually teach some of my clients how to use it for that. It’s a tool — but it’s not a coach.

Because here’s the thing… ChatGPT can’t read your face when you tell me you’ve been “fine” all week, but your body language says otherwise.

It can’t sense when you’re in freeze mode and need compassion instead of another checklist.

It can’t connect the dots between your gut symptoms, your light exposure, your hormones, your stress, your childhood patterns, your perfectionism, and your need for control. ChatGPT doesn’t know the human in front of me — you.

It can’t feel your energy, it can’t coach you through the resistance that’s keeping you stuck, and it can’t help you rewire the subconscious patterns that drive your habits. It doesn’t know that your “bloating” isn’t just a food issue — it’s a cortisol issue.

Or that your late-night snacking isn’t about willpower — it’s about light, circadian rhythm, and emotional regulation.

AI can give you data.

But I help you understand yourself. So no, I’m not worried about being replaced.

Because what I do isn’t just information — it’s transformation.

And transformation requires connection, trust, and intuition.

Things no algorithm will ever replicate. If you’ve spent years chasing generic advice that never quite worked… maybe it’s time to experience what real, personalized coaching feels like.
